URGENT!!! “Shower of Hope” Program in jeopardy amid new LA budget cuts

Just last year, “The Shower of Hope” Program provided over 37,000 showers across more than 50 weekly locations to those in-need. The organization goes beyond just showers by providing meals, clothing, mental health support, and case management to thousand of Angelenos. The program has also attracted over 25,000 volunteers, bringing our community together.

Reach Out Los Angeles is now dedicating resources to capture data on the importance of The Shower of Hope Program. Through in person interviews and targeted surveys, we are collecting stories and data that we believe can make an impact in this decision.

We believe that every human deserves dignity. Our findings will be shared with elected officials and the public to advocate for the reinstatement of programs that are proven to be successful.

Using surveys to provide personalized help to unhoused and in-need individuals across Los Angeles.

There are almost 40,000 unhoused people in Los Angeles

We want to help each one. Our survey is designed so that we can understand how to make our aid as beneficial as possible.
